Our TopNotch model home is available for viewing when you are in Maggie Valley, NC, located at 3070 Soco Rd.

At TopNotch Log Homes on Jonathan Creek Rd., Hwy 276N, we have erected a Pacific Log Home Gazebo and a 24' X 32' demonstration log package, using the Pioneer handcrafted 6" X 16" dovetail style log.

A modified 'Shelter Branch' model, using the TopNotch style dovetail system, is nearing completion in Bethel, NC.

A 4,000 square foot TopNotch style dovetail log home is under construction just outside Athens, GA.

A custom 1,400 square foot TopNotch style dovetail log home is under construction in the Campbell Woods development in Maggie Valley, NC.

Ten 1,400 sq. ft. rental cabins are under construction in Maggie Valley, NC.  These are the TopNotch style dovetail system and will be available for rental summer of 2006.

A custom 1,800 square foot Pioneer/TopNotch double 'D' log with dovetail notches will be under construction in the White Oak area outside Waynesville, NC beginning August 29, 2005.

Four TopNotch log homes will be available for viewing as a part of the Haywood County Parade of Homes coming up this October.  Two of the homes are in the exclusive Smokey Mountain Retreat in Maggie Valley, and are 6,000 and 9,000 sq. ft.  Both of these were custom built by Scott Campbell of Campbell Construction and feature exquisite views, unique detailing, and furnishings.  The third home is in Campbell Woods in Maggie Valley, built by Mike Shelton of MES construction and the fourth is a custom home in Walnut Creek in Waynesville, NC.  The fourth home is for sale as of August 24, 2005.  The parade will be an unusual chance to view completed homes, from small to the fantastic top of the world homes in the Smokey Mountain Retreat.  Dates of the Parade of Homes are October 8th and 9th and 15th and 16th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day.

Other TopNotch style homes scheluled for construction this fall and winter include a modified Harpeth III in Waynesville, NC., a custom log home in Sylva, NC and a 6,000 square foot home in Smoky Mountain Retreat.  A custom Pioneer log on log 6" x 12" stack chink dovetail style home of 4,000 square feet will be under construction in Hayesville, NC later this year.
